Valentine’s Day

It’s a morn when love’s in the air,
All girls are looking pretty and fair,
The world is enveloped in joy;
Light is the heart of every boy.
All people are reviving their romance-
When they fell in love at a glance.
Young people feel their life’s so gay
On this much awaited Valentine’s Day.

It’s an evening full of chocolates and kisses,
Of sweet talks and pleasant promises,
That make a face glow with delight
And surpass the brightness of a candle’s light.
The eyes play their own part-
Help unspoken love to reach the heart.
There’s a diamond ring and a lovely bouquet
And inarticulate love on Valentine’s Day.

It’s a night of golden reticence,
Unbroken by human turbulence,
As lovers stand by the waterside,
All cares and burdens for the moment aside;
Wishing their love be forever ceaseless,
Wishing their happiness be forever endless.
Entwined side by side they go on their way
And thus ends the wonderful Valentine’s Day.
